SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Order Processing:

All orders are processed within 3 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.


Address Changes: 

Once Thenga receives your payment and we've sent your confirmation email, then unfortunately we cannot make any changes to your delivery address. 


Our Delivery Options:

We deliver by courier services. Deliveries will be made directly to your home, office or anywhere in Namibia (provided in the address). All of your delivery and tracking details will be provided to you at checkout.


Our Shipments:

Thenga does not currently ship outside of Namibia borders. 


Unavailable for product signage:

If you’re not able to receive your package personally then you are welcome to change the address to the preferred recipient by updating the delivery address details.


Missing products:

If you received an incomplete delivery or believe that your shipment is missing then you can notify us at orders@thenga.com.na  and we will contact you.


Order Tracking: 

Once we’ve received your order from our suppliers, we’ll send you an e-mail with tracking details. If in doubt, contact us. You can also track your order on our Track Your Order page.


Delivery Options:

National Deliveries at a rate of N$60 per order.

Local Delivery within Windhoek at a rate of N$25 per order.


Our Delivery Procedures:

Our delivery and collection times may vary because our pickup, packaging and delivery process is related to your order, where you want it delivered or collected, and how you choose to pay. So to make things a bit easier, we have provided you with our estimates in the graph below, however you need to check your order's estimated delivery or estimated pickup date when checking out to get accurate delivery information.
