Returns & Refunds POLICY

If you are dissatisfied with your goods then you can return the product back to Thenga and we will either repair/replace it, or credit your account, subject to the below terms. Our policy lasts 30 days. After 30 days, you can only return a product if it is defective.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Returning your products:

When you return your product, it's your responsibility to package your products safely and securely for protection during shipping.

You must include all accessories and parts that were sold with the product you are returning.

Failure to adhere to any of these requirements could delay the processing of your request or result in its decline altogether.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted.

No returns:

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as

-Food

-Flowers

-Newspapers or magazines 

-Intimate or sanitary goods

-Hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases

-Gift cards

-Lingerie, swimwear, bodysuit

underwear

-Jewelry for piercings,

-Modified or personalized products

Defective goods may also not be returned. Goods which have:

-Faults resulting from normal wear and tear;

-Damage from negligence, user abuse or using the product incorrectly;

-Damage from electrical and power outages or sea and air corrosion;

-Damage from a failure to properly care for the product;

-Damage from unauthorized alterations to the product;

-Where the product does not suit you


Unwanted products:

You can return an unwanted product provided:

-It is undamaged and unused, with the original labels and stickers still attached;

-It is not missing any accessories or parts;

-Within the 30 days period.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@thenga.com.na

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.


If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.


Wherever you have used a Gift Voucher to purchase a product that you later return for a refund in accordance with the Policy, we cannot refund you in cash for that portion of the purchase price which you paid using the Gift Voucher, but we will credit your account.


Wrong Delivery:

If you ever get a wrong delivery, or if the product is not as described on our website then please notify us and we will collect the product from you.

Missing or Damaged products upon delivery:

Should a product be damaged or missing any parts or accessories at the time of delivery or collection, please notify us within 7 days of such delivery or collection by logging a return on the Website or sending an email to our orders department at orders@thenga.com.na and we will get back to you.

Refunds: 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.


Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
